Bulk Materials Terms & Conditions

  • We cannot, under any circumstances, jump curbs when delivering.
  • We only deliver BULK products to specific areas in Lower Bucks County.
  • Products may vary from picture shown.
  • We do not take returns on Bulk items. Please be sure to select the correct item and quantity before placing your order. If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, or have any questions or comments, please call us at (215) 874-9290.

Order and Checkout Instructions Delivery Date Request for BULK items:

  • No Weekend deliveries
  • Weekday (Mon-Fri) deliveries require a minimum of 1 day advanced notice
  • You may order as far in advance as you like
  • When calling, please supply specifics about dump location and instructions about drop off. Driveway deliveries only. We suggest leaving an upside down bucket indicating the location you’d like your order to be dumped. Indicate if someone will be home.

Return Policy

TGG Landscape Supply retains the exclusive right as to whether an item may be returned or exchanged, or to have an order cancelled. TGG Landscape Supply encourages customers to review their orders carefully, as once placed, the order can not be cancelled, nor the items returned or exchanged unless TGG Landscape Supply expressly consents.

  • If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please call us at (215) 874-9290.
  • If you need to return an item, please call us at (215) 874-9290.
  • Refunds are for the cost of the product only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us, and the returned item must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must have original packaging, warranty cards, and ALL owners’ manuals to be returned. Without this, they are not returnable.
  • If your merchandise arrived damaged, call TGG Landscape Supply within 24 hours of receipt.
